We host no streams or playlists

IPTV Help is a discussion forum, provider directory and guide site. We don’t host, stream, sell or link to TV channels, video streams, playlists or channel feeds, and we don’t sell access to any content.

Our community guidelines forbid members from posting stream links, playlists, login details, portal or MAC details, or links to pirated content (rule G2). We remove such content when we find it or when it is reported to us, whether or not we receive a formal notice.

How to send a notice

Email help@supportiptv.ca with:

  1. your name, mailing address and email address;
  2. the copyrighted work you own or are authorized to act for, and your connection to it;
  3. the exact address (URL) of each page on iptvhelp.ca where the material appears;
  4. what the infringement is, and the date and time it happened if you know them;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate;
  6. your signature (a typed name is fine) and the date.

Please send one notice per email and don’t include settlement offers, payment demands or requests for a member’s personal information.

What we do with a notice

  • We review it and aim to acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  • We remove content that breaks our rules, such as stream links, playlists or pirated material, and tell the member which rule applied (reason code L1 or G2).
  • Notice-and-notice. Under Canada’s Copyright Act, when we receive a notice that meets the legal requirements, we forward it to the member’s email address on file as soon as feasible and tell you that we have done so (or why we couldn’t). We keep a record of the notice for at least 6 months, or 1 year if you tell us you have started court proceedings.
  • We don’t forward notices that contain settlement offers, payment demands or requests for personal information.
  • We don’t disclose who a member is to a complainant unless a court orders us to.

If you receive a notice

A forwarded notice is the rights holder’s claim, not a finding against you, and receiving one does not by itself require you to pay anything. If you believe content of yours was removed by mistake, reply to the email we sent or write to help@supportiptv.ca explaining why. We will reconsider and tell you the outcome. You can also use the appeal process in the guidelines.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material or piracy sources are silenced, suspended or banned under the sanction ladder in our guidelines. Selling or sharing access to services goes straight to a ban.

Notices from outside Canada

IPTV Help has not registered a designated agent under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Rights holders anywhere can still use the address above, and we will handle the notice as described on this page.

Other complaints

If you believe content on IPTV Help is defamatory, shares your personal information or breaks the law in another way, email help@supportiptv.ca with the page address and the reason. Privacy requests about your own data go to help@supportiptv.ca.
