How the forum works
- Ask anything about devices, apps, buffering, the TV guide (EPG), your internet connection or choosing a provider.
- When someone solves your question, mark their answer as the solution so the next person finds it fast.
- Please read the community guidelines before posting. The short version: be kind, no links to streams, playlists or logins, and no selling.
How the rankings work
- The live rankings are calculated only from member reviews, using a public formula that is the same for every provider. They recalculate every 15 minutes.
- One review per person per provider. Staff accounts can't review providers, and payment never changes a score or a position. Places pinned by editors are always labelled "Editor's pick".
- The status board checks each provider's public website every 5 minutes.
